This inspirational evening will shed light on the power of mentorship in our community! Chris will discuss his entrepreneurial journey and talk about the purpose behind creating the influential community-driven mentorship platform, Mentor Spaces.

Chris Motley is the Founder and CEO of Mentor Spaces, a platform designed to help Fortune 1000 companies easily attract, hire and retain underrepresented talent by facilitating mentorship conversations.  Prior to founding Mentor Spaces, Chris spent 6 years as an EVP at 1888 Mills, a global textile manufacturer, where he led its expansion into Ghana, Africa, and built its Apparel Division.  Previously, Chris spent 4 years at Goldman Sachs as a Commodities and Interest Rate Products trader.  He is a graduate of Columbia University with a B.A. in History, and the Kellogg School of Management, with an MBA in Entrepreneurship.
