Nomination Procedure

• Any San Francisco Bay Area Chapter member shall seek election to a Chapter elected officer position on the Chapter Executive Board by submitting a nomination application by Thursday, September 15.
• The Nominating Committee will approve nomination submissions upon verifying that all requirements have been met.
• Candidates will be allowed to run for more than one elected officer position on the Chapter Executive Board in a given election. Still, they can only be elected to one position.
• Electronic voting will occur from October 1 through October 15. Voting ends at 11:59 pm PST.
